Gite of 33 m2 on 2 levels for 2 to 3 people. Living room of 20 m2 - TV with sofa, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, etc.). 15m2 bedroom: 1 160x200 bed + 1 extra 90x200 bed on the mezzanine, separate shower room and WC. The little extra : Gas barbecue, air-conditioned gite. 2 terraces with panoramic views.
During the summer season, enjoy the heated swimming pool (5 x 10m) on landscaped espalier grounds of 1600m2 enclosed with garden furniture, deck chairs. Private parking. The cottage is smoking.
Special weekly booking conditions
1 / Any reservation only becomes final upon receipt of payment of a deposit. Confirmation of your reservation constitutes acceptance of our rental conditions.
2/ A deposit of €300 must be deposited by check upon your arrival or will be pre-recorded if your deposit has been paid by credit card or online. When you leave, the gîte must be returned in perfect condition, the dishes put away, the beds unmade and the bins emptied and taken out. The general cleaning of the gîte is carried out by you (barbecue included). A cleaning fee may be requested if the cleaning is not carried out.
3/ An inventory and inventory will be carried out upon your arrival (documents made available to you in the gîte's Welcome Booklet). If complete, the deposit will be returned to you within 2 working days after your departure.
4/ A deposit of 30% of the total amount will be requested upon your reservation, the balance 70% will be paid on the day of your departure before 11 a.m.
5/ Additional options: By reservation, it is possible to have breakfast in the dining room with other guests for an additional charge of €12/person as well as table d'hôtes at €33/person. Additional person in the cottage: €35/person per night. Access to our laundry room during your stay, you can wash your laundry: €5/machine. Cleaning fee: 50€
