Michael's cuisine is a taste experience that makes each meal an authentic culinary journey and most often reflects the richness of the region.

Some signature dishes: cherry tomato tarte tatin with herb-flavored ice cream; cod and chorizo skewers with carrot compote; roasted guinea fowl with porcini mushroom sauce; and traditional Aligot Sausages.

What truly sets Michael's cuisine apart is his commitment to homemade dishes . Every dish is prepared with dedication. From the flaky pastry of the tarte tatin to the homemade preserves that accompany breakfast, everything is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

Upon reservation, dinners are served from 7:45 p.m. and include a single menu consisting of a starter, a main course, a cheese platter, dessert & a hot drink.

In season, meal baskets or salads can also be offered upon reservation.
