Treat yourself to a relaxing break in our charming 33 m² cottage, designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 people. This welcoming, two-story cocoon combines authenticity, modernity, and all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay.

On the ground floor, enjoy a bright 20 m² living room with sofa, television and a fully equipped open kitchen : dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator... everything is provided to make you feel at home.

Upstairs, a spacious 15 m² bedroom welcomes you with a double bed (160x200) and an extra bed on the mezzanine (90x200) , ideal for a guest. Modern shower room and separate WC for more comfort.

Special conditions for weekly bookings

Reservation

All reservations become final upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
The balance of 70% is due on the day of your departure, before 11 a.m. Confirmation of your reservation constitutes acceptance of our rental conditions., available on request.

Caution

A deposit of €300 is required:

• either by check to be given upon your arrival,
• either pre-recorded if the deposit payment was made by bank card or online.

Household

Upon your departure, the accommodation must be returned in a perfectly clean condition :

• Dishes washed and put away
• Unmade beds
• Garbage bins emptied and taken out
• Cleaned barbecue

General cleaning is your responsibility , but you can opt for our cleaning package to fully enjoy your stay (option to be booked in advance).

Inventory & Status Report

An inventory and condition report must be carried out by you upon your arrival , using the documents provided in theWelcome booklet for the gîte. This document must be returned to us within 24 hours .
In the absence of anomalies, the deposit will be returned within 2 working days after your departure .

Treat yourself to a break of comfort and privacy in our spacious 27 m² double room, ideal for stays as a couple or with friends.

A welcoming space on two levels:

• Ground floor: a queen size double bed (160x200), flat screen TV and direct access to a small terrace perfect for enjoying a coffee outdoors.
• Upstairs: a lounge area with sofa, a modern shower room with toilet, towel warmer and hairdryer.

Separate entrance and enclosed courtyard for added peace and quiet.

As an option and for an additional fee, this room has a 160 x 200 sofa bed upstairs for 2 people.

Air-conditioned Sirius Room – Gentle Escape & Celestial View

Immerse yourself in a soothing atmosphere in our Sirius room , an atypical 24 m² double room, designed for lovers of calm with a view of the starry sky from your bed.
