• Pellet boiler : replacing fuel oil since 2022, it significantly reduces our carbon footprint.
• Photovoltaic panels (installed in 2023): they cover almost 80% of the house's electrical needs, including the swimming pool.
• Electric charging station : available for hybrid or electric vehicles.
• Solar hot water : produced 100% by vacuum tube collectors.

Water & Resources

• Water savers at all water points.
• Composting and selective sorting of waste, with bins adapted for our guests.
• Zero single-use plastic in rooms.
• Eco-friendly household products and linen renewal on request.

Nature & Biodiversity

• Chemical-free garden , promoting local biodiversity.
• Compost and shredding of plants for natural soil maintenance.
• Ecological pond sheltering insects, amphibians and birds.
• Vegetable garden, chicken coop and beehives : fresh eggs, organic vegetables and homemade honey for a more local and sustainable table.

Comfort & Well-being

• Independent and regulated heating in each room.
• Wi-Fi disconnection possible for electrosensitive people.
• LED lighting and presence detectors to limit consumption.
• Recharged and sustainable Rituals bath products .

Local products & short supply chains

We favor producers from the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park :
meats, flours, beers, chocolates and vegetables come from within a radius of less than 80 km.
A way to support the local economy while offering our guests authentic flavors.
