Beekeeping / sale of honey from the stars

Since December 2024, Michael has passionately taken up beekeeping at the Maison des Étoiles. The adventure began with just two hives and now includes seven hives installed on land adjacent to the house.

The production and extraction of honey are carried out on site, with respect for the bees and the surrounding nature. This artisanal honey, the true fruit of the work of the foragers and Michael's know-how, is offered for sale exclusively to our guests .

You can also enjoy it every morning at breakfast , where the honey from the Stars enhances our homemade delicacies. An authentic and local sweet, which reflects all the richness of our land.
