At Maison des Étoiles, breakfast is much more than just a meal: it's a real moment of pleasure and conviviality to start the day off right.

(With the exception of the self-catering cottage - which is optional - breakfast is always included in your bed and breakfast reservation.)

Every morning, we prepare a generous breakfast made with carefully selected products. Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy an assortment of sweet treats or savory options.

Coffee, teas, and hot chocolate accompany this first meeting of the day. We have chosen to work with Vert-Tige , an artisan roaster and tea specialist, whose products are distributed locally by La Belle Épicerie in Millau.

Because we prioritize short supply chains and homemade products, you will also find:

• fresh eggs from our hens (depending on their daily production);
• all our jams, homemade according to the seasons with fruit from our garden or from local producers;
• the honey from Michael's beehives, located just a few meters from the house.

As the seasons change, we evolve our breakfast to offer you fresh, local and delicious products, respecting nature and what it offers us.

The service is provided from 8:00 to 9:45 .

Depending on the weather and the season, you will enjoy your breakfast in different areas of the house:

• in our large, light-filled dining room with a panoramic view of the valley;
• in the orangery, near the fire when the mornings are cooler;
• or under the gazebo, in the shade, facing our small pond and the magnificent landscape surrounding the House of Stars.

Each place has its own atmosphere, but all offer the same pleasure: taking the time to savor an authentic breakfast in a peaceful and natural setting.
